Choose a tap close to the pressure tank. Remove the aerator, if any. Let the water run for a couple of minutes. Take a 500 ml (approximately) clear plastic water bottle. Rinse the bottle a couple of times then fill it completely. Squeeze the bottle while putting on the lid to eliminate any air from the bottle. Label name, address, phone number, email, and any colour or odour noticed during sampling, as well as any problems such as staining of fixtures.
