CWOA

The industry served by the Canadian Water Quality Association and its members encompass water quality improvement for homes, businesses, industry and institutions in these broad areas: drinking water and working water. While it was formed in 1967, it received its federal charter as a not-for-profit trade association in 1960. CWQA stands as a unified voice for the Point-of-Use/Point-of-Entry (POU/POE) water quality improvement industry.

WCWC

The Walkerton Clean Water Centre (Centre) is an operational service agency of the Government of Ontario established in October 2004 as part of the province's response to the Walkerton Inquiry Report. The Centre provides scheduled public and on-site training for drinking water owners, operators, operating authorities and postsecondary students across Ontario, with a focus on smaller and remote systems, including those serving First Nations. The Centre's Technology Demonstration Facility, with its leading-edge drinking water technologies, is an effective platform for hands-on training and research.

Near North Labs

Founded in 1989, Near North Laboratories Inc. provides a variety of essential environmental services to businesses and citizens of Central and Northern Ontario. The company specializes in the areas of microbiological and chemical analyses of drinking water and wastewater. Located in North Bay, Ontario, Near North Laboratories is one of the few independently owned and operated environmental testing facilities in Canada thus ensuring our clients of third party objectivity.
